En una olla con 2 tazas de agua colocar los tomates picados en trozos medianos, la mitad de la cebolla, un pedazo de pimentón y una ramita de cebolla china, colocarle la hojita de laurel y condimentar con sal, pimienta y comino al gusto y agregarle una cucharada de salsa de soya o sillao. Tenemos que esperar que cocinen bien nuestros tomates, luego de esto esperamos que enfríe un poco y metemos en la licuadora y licuamos bien, que no nos queden grumos ni tomates sin licuar. Reservamos.

En una sartén colocamos aceite y ya picados en cuadritos pequeños, la otra mitad de la cebolla, lo que quedó del pimentón (si les sobró mucho pimentón solo usen lo que Uds crean conveniente), la ramita de cebolla china y el ajo molido, sofreímos bien y agregamos nuestra carne molida (cruda) y mezclamos bien con nuestro sofrito, tapamos y dejamos que cocine a fuego lento.
  3. Constantemente movemos nuestra carne para que no se nos formen pelotas de carne, cuando ya esté cocida nuestra carne agregamos la salsa que previamente habíamos licuado y mezclamos con nuestra carne. Agregamos las 3 cucharadas de sillao mezclamos nuevamente y rectificamos la sal (recuerden rectificar la sal al final si usan sillao) dejamos cocinar por 2 minutos más y retiramos del fuego.
  4. Servimos con pasta y con plátanos fritos (si es de su gusto a mí me encanta así 😁) yo lo acompañé con una ensalada rusa. Y a disfrutar. Buen provecho 😉
