- En una bandeja de horno poner las rodajas de berenjena, echarle sal, un poco de orégano y un poco de aceite.
- Meter en el horno 20 minutos por cada lado a 180 grados, cuando toque el otro lado echarle igualmente sal, orégano y un poco de aceite.
- Coger un bol de cristal de forma preferiblemente rectangular válido para horno y comenzar a montar las capas, primero la berenjena que cubra el bol, luego la carne, un poquito de queso en lonchas al gusto (para que sirva de"cemento" que lo cubra, este paso se puede obviar), y así sucesivamente hasta terminar la berenjena y la carne.
- Realizar la bechamel y echársela encima del montaje de las capas de la lasaña.
- Añadir queso para gratinar por encima y llevarlo al horno 20 minutos a 180 grados centígrados.
- A disfrutarla, por supuesto estoy en búsqueda de una calabaza para probar mi siguiente receta.
