- Cortar la masa según el tamaño que uno guste, en mi caso hice dos panes. Colocarlos en una bandeja aceitada y poner a hornear a 200•C grados por 35-40 minutos. Retirar y esperar un par de minutos para no quemarse.
- Cortar los panes por la mitad y colocar las tortas con el queso y la salsa de aguacate.

- Nota: se pueden hacer variantes en las tortas, por ejemplo estas 2 opciones que yo probé: 1- mismos ingredientes pero en lugar de la remolacha 1 papa mediana rallada. 2- una torta de solo zanahoria con los demás ingredientes y adicional 1 tomate mediano rallado. Se sigue el mismo procedimiento.
