  2. En un caldero caliente agregamos el azúcar, esperamos hasta que ésta tome un color oscuro pero nunca dejar que se queme, agregamos la carne ya sazonada, movemos para que toda la carne tome color, esperamos hasta que la carne se cueza agregando si es necesario poquito de agua y así probamos y si es necesario agregamos un poquito de sal al gusto pero normalmente con el caldo es suficiente,
  3. Una vez esté la carne cocida echamos la salsa de tomate y esperamos 2 minutos o hasta que el agua se seque o podemos también dejarla con un poco de salsa, eso depende de cada persona
