  6. Rellenamos los canelones, ya el relleno debe de estar a temperatura ambiente
  7. Procedemos a armar los canelones en un pyrex, vertemos 2 o 3 cdas de salsa bechamel y se esparce por todo el pyrex, disponemos los canelones uno al lado de otro, vertemos encima una lata de tomates pelados y triturados, vertemos el resto de la salsa bechamel por encima y coronamos con queso mozzarella, si gustas puedes colocar albahaca o perejil por encima para dar aroma y color
  8. Procedemos a meterlo al horno a 180 grados centígrados unos 35 minutos o hasta gratinar, y listo!
