  2. Mientras la carne se suaviza, y la papa pelàla y cortar en pedazos medianos lavar y cuando sientas que la carne ya se va suavizando sacar el cilantro, apartalo y agrega las papas o las verduras que prefieras.
  3. Ahora a la licuadora el tomate, un poquito de achiote molido (esta a la par de los ajos)ajos cebolla y una bola de masa del tamaño de tu puño y agrega también el cilantro que sacamos de la carne.
  4. Cuando esto se haya licuado perfectamente y la papa ya se haya cocido con la carne agrega la mezcla y mueve un poco para que se integre en el caldo.
  5. Deja hervir unos minutos y si vez que esta espesito perfecto. Pero si aùn esta como el caldo agrega otro poco de masa desaciendo en un poquito de agua y añade. Deja que hierva c unos 5 min. Y listo a disfrutar. Espero les guste.
