  5. Lo cuarto agregamos las carnes frías que son salchicha jamón y chorizo, dejamos cocinar completamente y colocamos a los laterales con la demás ingredientes.
  6. Y por último agregamos los jitomates partidos en 4 parts y los chiles enteros, dejamos dorar. Para esto ya la grasa ya se esta disipando y los ingrediente ya tienen escurrido todas sus grasas y va quedando el puro sabor.
  7. Para finalizar revolvemos todos los ingredientes en el centro del disco y sazonamos con pimienta y sal si es necesario ya que las carnes frías la tienen. Dejamos por 10 min a que lo sabores y colores se mezclen.
