  7. Lo importante es unir la masa en forma de pligues y unir consecutivamente hasta obtener la forma deseada, se puede apoyar de mojar con los dedos la orilla de la masa cortada.
  8. Para cocerla se recomienda usar una vaporera de bambú, pero si no se tiene una en una sartén se podrán cocer. Se colocan los dumplings en la base con una ligera cantidad de aceite para después agregar el agua y que se evaporen.
