Calentar un recipiente amplio y freír la carne, cuando esté cocida ir agregar el apio, cebolla y zanahorias, revolver un poco.
  2. Pasado unos minutos agregar el germinado poco a poco, revolver sazonar de nuevo y por último agregar la calabaza, mover ocasionalmente y listo 👌 apagas fuego. Tú decidirás qué tan crujiente o bien cocido te guste
  3. Para el rollito apartas un poco de Chop suey una vez frío y bien escurrido formas una especie de burrito cerrando las dos orillas y lo pones a freír 👌
  4. También puede ser relleno de lo siguiente, carne molida, guisada con cebolla, ajo repollo, zanahoria, calabaza todo sazonado con salsa China, puedes poner un poquito de jengibre rallado. Ya que se enfríe el guisado formas los burritos y a freír 👌
