  1. Se ponen a cocinar los tomates en agua.
  2. En otra olla, se pone a sofreír el ajo y la cebolla (cortada chiquitita) sobre el aceite de oliva. Al estar dorados, se agrega la carne molida, sal, pimienta y salsa inglesa al gusto. Cuando se cocine un poco, se agrega la salsa para pasta. (Yo usó una marca italiana para ir a lo seguro)
  3. Cuando los tomates estén cocidos, se licúan (sin agua y con la piel) y se le agrega a la carne junto con el orégano.
  4. Por otro lado en otra olla, se pone la mantequilla derretida y las 2 latas de crema, nuez moscada molida, sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo, hasta que quede gustosa.
  5. Cuando esté listo de cocción todo, se arma la lasaña. Un refractario rectangular se enmantequilla. La primera capa es de la salsa blanca para que no se pegue, luego carne, queso manchego y pasta. Y así hasta terminar la última capa con el queso mozzarella.
  6. Tapar con papel aluminio y meter al horno precalentado a 180 grados. Después de unos 20 minutos, se quita el papel y se deja el queso se dore.
  7. Una deliciosa cena o comida, rápido y fácil. Yo amo las comidas que son 1 solo plato.
